Pepper PARLOR is a premium café featuring an original menu of carefully selected ingredients, delicious seasonal fruits parfaits, drinks, and afternoon tea set, in a comfortable lushly green interior. Pepper PARLOR is the only place in the world to offer a glimpse at an exciting future in which humans and robots work together.

Robots work with human staff to serve customers, offering fun services and entertainment. Customers can also purchase Pepper PARLOR’s original souvenirs available only through the café.

Pepper PARLOR operates at the commercial landmark Tokyu Plaza Shibuya, which opened in December 2019 and is conveniently located near Shibuya Station.
